You may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns if you are not happy with your service. We will provide a complimentary 30 minutes express Touch Up to fix and address your concerns if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
Reserve A Treatment
Royalty Beauty & Boutique offers Online Booking for your convenience. Online booking allows you the flexibility to view Eyelash Extension, and Lash Lift and Tint, and Women's available appointments at your convenience. A Credit Card is required to reserve your treatment. Please read the Cancellation Policies below.
Arrival Time & Tardy
To prevent lateness eroding into the time of your designated time slot please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it will not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without a Cancellation Fee. You will be able to Reschedule any of your Treatments through our Square Booking Link. The same way you reserved your treatment.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value our business, and ask that you respect the Studio scheduling policy. Should you need to reschedule, or cancel, please notify 24 hours prior to your treatment. Any Cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a Cancellation Fee amounting to the 50% cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
Sickness or Family Emergency
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no-show policy is in effect.

You are paying for artists’ time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minutes express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
Health & Safety
Your health and safety is our priority. Your Services will be provided by a Licensed, and Certified Esthetician. Your Esthetician participates in continuing education courses annually, and performs Disinfection, Sanitation, and Sterilization. The environment is clean, and comfortable. You will receive a thorough consultation prior to services, and never feel rushed through your treatment. We values your time, health, and safety.
If you would like to make the most of your treatment time we recommend another care taker. Children will need to be in the treatment room with you during your services, and our staff is not equipped to provide child care.
Other Artists' Work
If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and at Beautifully Bare LLC, our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed. In the circumstance that a removal is necessary an addition $30 Lash Removal Service Fee will be applied, and an additional 30 minutes will be reserved in addition to a Full Set Application.
